Looks like Williamsburg is getting a new rooftop hang. The William Vale, where the Mister Dips burgers and ice cream truck just reopened on the elevated park, is opening a weekend rooftop lounge called The Turf Club.

You may remember the 23rd-floor roof atop the William Vale’s Westlight bar from last summer’s Rooftop Films screenings, and rest assured that series is back again this year (first up: American Animals on May 30). But this summer, the sprawling alfresco space, used mostly for private events, will now also be regularly open during the daytime from Friday through Sunday, Memorial Day weekend through September.

As with the rest of the hotel, the food at Turf Club will be by Andrew Carmellini’s Noho Hospitality Group; the menu will include lobster rolls, popcorn, soft pretzels and a variety of cocktails and beers, according to a spokesperson.

Of course, the thing to do here is to plunk down on a beanbag and take in the commanding views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. But when you get sick of those, there’ll be games like foosball and the ever ubiquitous cornhole.

The Turf Club, at 111 North 12th Street, launches May 25; it’ll be open on Fridays from 4pm till dark and on Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm till dark.
