The man shown here shot a teenager in the East Village late Friday night, police say.
The shooting occurred around 11:2opm, outside of a building in the Lilian Wald Houses on Avenue D, near East Third Street. The suspect got into an argument with a 19-year-old and shot him in the chest and neck, according to police.
The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition; police are now seeking what they describe as a Hispanic male last seen wearing a dark hoodie and dark jeans.
