As promised in August, Oaxaca — the taqueria that started off on Smith Street and now has half a dozen locations in the East Village and elsewhere — has expanded into Williamsburg with a location at the corner of Grand and Berry.
Actually, Oaxaca isn’t a complete newb to the nabe — it started selling at the Brooklyn Flea in September.
The menu, below, is pretty much the same as at the chain’s other locations. There are also some lunch specials: two tacos or enchiladas with rice and beans for $7.95, half a torts with a side salad for $7.50, and a quesadilla with a side salad for $6.50.
Next to Oaxaca, Brooklyn Crust has opened as expected, but the Williamsburg outpost of the East Village’s Minca Ramen is still coming together.
