A little over a month ago, we mentioned that a pizzeria would be joining forthcoming locations of Oaxaca Taqueria and Minca Ramen Factory at the corner of Grand and Berry in Williamsburg.

Now we’ve got the name of the place, per a Help Wanted sign on the door. It’ll be called Brooklyn Crust, and presumably won’t have anything to do with the “Brooklyn crust” offering at Domino’s (at least, we hope not).

But wait, what’s this: a menu for Brooklyn Crust is up on Grub Hub, even though the restaurant isn’t yet delivering. If we’re to believe it, the pizzeria will serve a fried pizza as well as a mac-and-cheese ‘za. (And here we thought the mac and cheese bagel was cray.) Oh, and it seems there’ll be an artichoke dip pizza as well (look out, Artichoke).

We’ve emailed the owner to find out if he could maybe also do a version of the Dutch Apple Treat pie from the Gatti’s pizza buffet.
