After orchestrating a historic meeting of the minds between Steve Buscemi, Janeane Garofalo, and Anthony Weiner, actor, musician and occasional Greenpoint activist Kevin Corrigan is bringing his eponymous live talk show back to Over the Eight.
The next installment of the Kevin Corrigan Show, Thursday at 8 p.m., isn’t quite as WTF, but should make for scintillating enough convo: Corrigan will host actress Maura Tierney (NewsRadio, Parenthood, The Good Wife, etc.), Reagan Youth guitarist Paul Cripple, and Bridey Elliot from Fort Tilden, the Williamsburg-Rockaway road trip flick that just made a splash at SXSW.
And on March 22, Corrigan will play bass with singer-songwriter Daniel Harnett at Spectrum NYC on Ludlow Street. The bandmates went on The Artie Lange Show last week and Corrigan lamented the loss of downtown like Lakeside Lounge. Watch below.
