One of NYC’s wildest summer throwdowns happens to happen outside of NYC, at a place called Mushroom Park. Before you get any ideas, no, this isn’t exactly like the shroom-infused full moon party you went to while backpacking Thailand, though if anyone can channel that vibe it’s the art ravers at JunXion.

On Saturday, their psychedelic school bus took a bunch of Bushwick burners from Williamsburg to Lido Beach in Long Island (home turf of JunXion’s founder Myk Tummolo) to party under the mushroom-shaped shelters that give the place its name. Photographer Nick McManus was there for the all-you-can-drink dance-a-thon as Crew Love’s David Kiss spun records past sunset. Click on his snaps to see what you missed.
