Cheap Friday the 13th tattoos are a longstanding (as in, a long time standing in line) tradition. Last week, Armageddon Ink Gallery, in Williamsburg, observed it for the second time in its 17 year history. For a $13 charge, and a lucky $7 tip to round things out, patrons walked away with tattoos of everything from umbrellas to Medusa.
