Jerk Face, the artist responsible for the second best Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tribute mural in Bushwick (sorry, but we’re partial to Owen Dippie’s masterpiece) is bringing his art indoors. This isn’t his first indoor rodeo (you’ll recall his Ninja Turtles also appeared at Bushwick Collective’s gallery show), but it’s a rare chance to bask in his art and his alone.
On Sept. 12, he’ll be showing off new work at 47 Clinton Street; according to a Facebook post, the first 75 people through the door at 7 p.m. will receive a free signed and numbered print.
If you’re trying to remember who JerkFace is, he’s the guy who did this SpongeHomer mural at the last Bushwick Open Studios.

Plus the Charlie Brown mural on East 12th and the Pink Panthers on the side of Amancay’s Diner.
More recently (as in, last week) he put up this Marvin the Martian mural at the corner of East 12th Street and Avenue C, on the wall of Specials on C. The throwback Looney Tunes villain is one of Jerkface’s favorite subjects,” so expect to see plenty of him at the LES show.
