Some of your fave comedians are taking part in some scintillating convos. No, seriously.

High Times Live
Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. at Wythe Cinema at Wythe Hotel, 80 Wythe Ave, Williamsburg; tickets $10 in advance, $15 at door
Here, at last, is your chance to ask members of the New York Times editorial board (Andy Rosenthal and Jesse Wegman, specifically) what they were smoking when the Old Gray Lady endorsed legalization. Or at least, High Times senior cultivation editor Danny Danko is likely to do that when he talks to them along with Michael Che, the Lower East Side-bred comic who recently moved to SNL’s Weekend Update anchor chair (Che will also do standup). Also involved in this eclectic evening is B+B favorite Dave Hill, Walter Schreifels (Youth of Today, Gorilla Biscuits, Quicksand), and some surprise guests. “Until I got high” is not an excuse to miss this one.

“Employee of the Month” w/Catie Lazarus
Oct. 29 at 9:30 p.m. at Joe’s Pub, 425 Lafayette St., East Village; tickets $20
This monthly live talk show at Joe’s Pub finds writer, comic, and hostess with the mostess Catie Lazarus chatting with her guests about their diverse lines of work. In this case, Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer of Broad City will probably talk about what it’s like to be stalked on-set, and fellow guests Alex Borstein (Family Guy, Shameless, HBO’s Getting On) producer Anthony Bregman (Eternal Sunshine, Synechdoche) and film critic Wesley Morris (Grantland, ESPN) will also engage in water cooler convo.
