The rice burger spot isn’t the only Asian fast-food concept that’s been on our radar. Here, for good measure, is a look at Hibachi Dumpling now that it’s open on First Avenue in the East Village — the second of 15 planned locations. The teriyaki, tempura and dumpling spot seems to have wedged itself in nicely amidst the $1 slice joints between East 12th and 13th Streets — it was packed when we passed by the other day. Here’s a look inside.
