Von Dolhens, the throwback fro-yo parlor we told you about last week, just opened on Bedford Avenue. Have a look at the interior shots we took at a preview last week. In addition to all the good stuff we already told you about (Brooklyn Roasting Co. coffee, 14 rotating flavors of soft-serve fro-yo, Brooklyn Kombucha on tap), the place will be serving affogato, waffles topped with fro yo, and (get this) waffles on a stick served with cinnamon sugar, strawberry glaze, and Belgian chocolate.
