A 14-year-old Bushwick resident, Richard Gonzalez, has been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon following a shooting that occurred Saturday morning outside a Foot Locker on Knickerbocker Avenue, the police said.

Gonzalez allegedly shot a 15-year-old boy who cut in front of a line of people waiting to buy $250 Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Yeezy” sneakers, designed by rapper Kanye West. The victim — who friends identified to the Daily News as Isaiah Martinez — was shot in the foot outside 389 Knickerbocker Avenue near Stanhope Street, and taken to Woodhull Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A witness told the Daily News that the two teens were roughhousing before one left, returned with a gun, a fired a total of four shots.  The encounter happened around 6 a.m., two hours before the store was set to open.

Gonzalez lives on Knickerbocker Avenue, the police rep told us.

Another arrest has been made for a separate Bushwick shooting. Police have charged Christopher Ortiz, 22, with murder and criminal possession following the death of Ivan Martinez outside of Maria Hernandez Park on April 6. Martinez was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene. He was 29.
