The text in gray belongs Katie Heaney, the author of Never Have I Ever: My Life (So Far) Without A Date and an editor at BuzzFeed.

The text in blue belongs to her roommate, Chiara Atik, author of the play “Women,” a mash-up of Little Women and Girls, which just completed a run at the Kraine Theatre in the East Village. They live on the Lower East Side, and watched the latest episode of Girls together while communicating only through texts.

Episode 7: “Beach House”
Marnie is housesitting in Long Island, so she invites Hannah, Jessa and Shoshanna (and no one else) to visit for a long weekend.

Bikini-donning Hannah runs into Elijah outside the grocery shop. Hannah and Elijah make amends, and she invites her old flame and his new friends over.

After a swim, Marnie tells Elijah about being dumped by Charlie. Later, she and Hannah hug it out.

Marnie wants the guys to leave so mandatory female bonding can commence during dinner.

Everything goes to hell, and Shoshanna shows surprising spine when she calls Hannah a narcissist.

The next morning, the ladies wake up and clean the kitchen.

Check back next Monday when we’ll have show critiques from two new Girls Talkers!
