House of Vans — yet another one of our favorite things about summer in NYC — just announced its initial lineup, and RSVPs for the opening show (which, for the first time, will be part of the Northside Festival) open today at noon.
This fourth installment of the series is similar to previous ones, right down to the skate bowl and beer garden: there’ll be two parties a month at the cavernous 25 Franklin Street in Greenpoint, starting with a June 12 show featuring soul crooner Charles Bradley (who just performed on Kimmel), slacker rocker Mac Demarco, and New Orleans singer-songwriter Benjamin Booker. The second show, on June 19, features STRFKR, Poolside and Chrome Sparks. July and August shows will be announced at a later date.
You can RSVP for everything here.
