Get ready to spot some stars — the movie Maggie’s Plan, starring Julianne Moore, Ethan Hawke and Greta Gerwig, is slated to begin filming in the East Village next month.
We spotted this letter today on the door of an East 10th Street apartment building, between First Avenue and Avenue A. The filmmakers plan to shoot in the area on February 23, 24, and 25 and are seeking a first- or second-floor apartment for interiors and exteriors. So maybe some lucky local will get the surreal experience of seeing Julianne Moore sipping a glass of water in their kitchen? More →
