The tenth annual "one-day-only arts explosion" takes over a block of East 4th Street. Three stages (two outdoors and one inside the Fourth Arts Block space) will feature performances by local opera singers the Bowery Birds, a reading from The Bohemian Love Diaries by Slash Coleman, and a performance of Ink Spilled in Cursive, a fusion of painting and dancing inspired by the work of Spanish poet (and Bushwick mural inspiration) Federico Garcia Lorca.
"Prizes to be won, fun to be had" at Boulevard Tavern's Monday-night trivia showdown. Drinks specials (e.g. $6 martinis) often follow the game.
