The weekend is upon us, which means one thing: golf. Ok, sure, golf is pretty much the anti-NYC pastime (I still shudder every time I remember the first time I saw some dude strutting down the Bowery with a golf bag; thanks for that, Avalon Chrystie) but as we mentioned earlier, the folks at Hester Street Fair have managed to NYC-ize it by building a mini golf course featuring scale-size tenements, the East Broadway subway station, and more. Above, a sneak peek at the Williamsburg Bridge. (Check out another shot below)

You can play the 9-hole course at the Fair this weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Not only is it free but there are prizes: get a hole-in-one on the last hole and you’ll win a free lemonade from Frittering Away or Lots of Lemons. Beat Baldies co-creator Jared in a 3-hole round and win one of the vendor’s Chaco-Taco-esque Chacos.
