Girls Goes From Bedford to Bowery

Yesterday, when we considered dropping $25,000 to dine with Lena Dunham, we had no idea we might just bump into her on the street, a couple blocks from our office.

After filming on Bedford Avenue earlier this summer and near there again on Friday, Girls has come to the Bowery. Just minutes ago, these director’s chairs were being wheeled into Saxon + Parole (excellent use of a “+” sign), where they’re filming. Marnie’s singing career must’ve really taken off if they can afford the cocktails there.
