A car hopped the curb and smashed into a restaurant supply store on Allen Street this afternoon, injuring two.
The incident happened shortly before 3:30 p.m., and sent two to Bellevue Hospital: one with minor and the other with serious injures, the fire department said.
Bo Lin, a worker at the store at 84 Allen Street, between Grand and Broome, said one of those injured was a woman whom he thought to be in her 60s.
The driver of the white Lexus, which was not badly damaged, remained on the scene but declined to be interviewed.
The incident was reminiscent of the car that slammed into Safee Hardware back in April.
Update: Photographer Robert K. Chin tweeted some photos from the scene.
