Rosie’s Mexican restaurant opened its doors Friday in what used to be Boukie’s Greek Restaurant at the corner of Second Avenue and Second Street. The 90-seat eatery is the newest project by downtown restaurant veterans Marc Meyer and Vicki Freeman of Cookshop, Hundred Acres, and Vic’s.
