On June 29th, John Brown Smokehouse and Arrogant Swine will collaborate to present the Hog Days of Summer, a celebration of traditional North Carolina whole hog BBQ. The slow-smoked pig will be served with garnishes and dessert, along with an unlimited craft beer tasting by Founders Brewing. A live Bluegrass Band will provide a fitting soundtrack for the Southern-inspired affair.
