Tuesday Tasting with Stephan Michel of Mahr's Bräu

We’ll be welcoming the return of Mahr’s Bräu’s Stephan Michel, whom we hosted last year for our very first “Ultimate” dinner. His lederhosen beer dinner was impressive and unique, pairing beers from minimal hops to medium, beginning with a weisse, then a weisse bock, working his way up to a remarkable “Licht” beer at a mere 2.5 percent ABV but super hoppy.
Stephan is all about the progression of “mouth feel,” and we’re sure he’ll surprise your palate during this very special Tuesday Tasting (with optional food pairings).
