Roses are a Brooklyn-based rock band with a lead singer whose voice you might recognize because he was formerly at the front of Deer Tick. They call on influences like Velvet Underground, and do a cover of “Sweet Jane” that’s lo-fi fun at its finest. They play three shows this weekend in Brooklyn.
