“Peter Litschi and Anthony Falco, two of our favorite pizzaioli, will show you the techniques to get your pies closer to the pizza you love. Sure, you may not have an 800 degree wood-fired oven, or close to it, but making pizza at home can be a snap with the right ingredients and dough.
