Hester Street Fair

Manhattan’s counterpart to Brooklyn Flea has expanded into Seward Park this year, which means more food and vintage and craft vendors. Among those debuting this season are Hudson & Charles (a conscientious West Village butcher shop selling porchetta sandwiches, pork brats, Cubanos, and chili), Zha (the Asian fried riceball spot that popped up at Zucker Bakery on Saturdays, which will offer specials like Korean chicken and waffles), Ssam BBQ (your choice of Korean-style beef, pork, or chicken wrapped in lettuce), An Artistic Taste (a catering chef who’s cooked at The Plaza and Four Seasons does dishes like lobster and truffle mac).
