Flying Pigs Road to Pig Island Beer Prix Fixe Dinner

We’re on the road to Pig Island! Join us for another of our famous (and fabulous) Monday Night Beer Dinners, featuring Flying Pigs Farm and Belgian beer from Silly. Guest Chef Derrick Prince will be curating a menu, including some unique dishes such as (menu subject to change):
- Kale and mustard green salad with Asian vin, avocado, and crispy pig ear
- Black ramen (squid ink) with pig shanks
- Cheeks with white wine, apple, fennel and a blue cheese risotto
- Leaf lard cardamom crust tart for a desert
It will be a great night with Belgian beer and pork; additional VIPs TBA.
