Cider and Oysters with Rowan Brothers Imports

As a part of Edible’s Eat Drink Local Week, we’ll be featuring a variety of ciders for this week’s Thursday Tap™, including Aaron Burr Barrel Aged Ciders (from trees planted in the region by Aaron Burr back in 1800!). We’ll pair Peconic Bay oysters with local New York State hard ciders (Slyboro from Washington County, others TBA).
As always, we “tap” at 5 p.m., with regular bar/restaurant service available.
