No plans tonight? Galleries are having openings by the dozen this evening in all our neighborhoods. We’re most intrigued by the Vice Photo Show at Culture Fix on the Lower East Side, where all the shots from Vice’s 2013 photo issue, including female nudes photographed by Greenpoint frequenter Kim Gordon and a terrifying set of photos starring Real Life Barbie posing with cockroaches, will be on display all week starting tonight. Maybe pass if you’re squeamish and/or see more than enough roaches in your daily life already, but read on for the best art openings tonight and this weekend.
