Because you’re so over the cotton candy bubble tea float and rainbow bagels with rainbow cream cheese — not to mention the new rainbow donut covered in more rainbow donuts — Citysticks has introduced yet another blechtacular food creation. Over Memorial Day weekend, the Rockaway Beach ice cream parlor launched its PB&J donut ice cream sandwich, and you shouldn’t swim within five hours of eating it.

To make these insane gut bombs, the folks at Citysticks fry the donut halves to a crisp, then smear peanut butter on both of them, drizzle jelly on top, then add a scoop of strawberry ice cream that also gets a drizzle of syrup. The whole thing is powdered with sugar, just to insure it’s the sweetest thing on the beach this side of your favorite nutcracker vendor. Of course, other shops like Holey Cream and Peter Pan Donut Shop do donut ice cream sandwiches, but this one is something else. It actually holds together nicely while you eat it, though it sits like a volleyball in your stomach.

Funny thing is, this isn’t even the wackiest thing Citysticks is serving this summer. That would be the Shark Attack Sundae– which, um
