When we told you about a couple of upcoming record fairs, we were just scratching the surface. Not only is Record Store Day coming up April 18 (check out the list of exclusive releases) but these three fairs will let you shop for vinyl with a beer in hand while DJs like Mac DeMarco egg you on.

Wednesdays through May 6, 8pm to midnight at Night of Joy, 667 Lorimer St., Williamsburg
This one isn’t so much a fair, since Captured Tracks is the sole record vendor. But if you cruised by their stand at our own Bedford + Bowery Bazaar, you know they’ve got the goods. Not only are they hawking vinyl at Williamsburg makeout den Night of Joy every Wednesday, but the Greenpoint indie lable’s artists and staffers are spinning. Mac DeMarco DJs tonight and members of Wild Nothing, Mega Bog, and Beach Fossils will rep in the coming weeks. There’s an open bar on Milagro tequila from 9pm to 9:30pm and drink specials all night.

91-atlgVinyl Revolution Record Show
March 29, noon to 5pm at Littlefield, 622 Degraw St., Gowanus
This recurring show promises over 30 tables staffed by tri-state vendors selling thousands of records from all genres. Entry is just two bucks or you can lay down a few extra smackers to get an hour’s head start on the action. There’ll be drink specials all day.

Brooklyn Flea Record Fair
May 16, 11am to 6pm next to Smorgasburg in East River State Park, Williamsburg
Part of the Red Bull Music Academy Festival, the third annual installment of this fair will feature 50 vendors as well as DJs like Eamon Harkin (Mister Saturday Night), Jefre Cantu-Ledesma (Mexican Summer), and Justin Miller (HAKT). There’ll be labels like Luaka Bop, Sacred Bones, Warp, and The Bunker NY as well as shops like the East Village’s own Other Music. Beer specials courtesy of Dogfish Head Craft Brewed Ales.
